Once we've received your return request, our team will review it and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if your return is approved. We'll also provide you with return shipping instructions.
Please note that customized irrigation systems designed specifically for your property may not be eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect or the system does not perform as specified in your contract.
Please pack the items securely in their original packaging if possible. Include the RMA number on the outside of the package and any paperwork provided with your return authorization.
For standard components and accessories under £100, you are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
For larger systems or components over £100, we may arrange for pickup or provide a shipping label, depending on the circumstances of the return.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or replacement. If approved, refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 10 business days.
All Quazkhak irrigation products come with the following warranties:
Our warranties cover defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. They do not cover damage from improper installation, misuse, accidents, or natural disasters.
Custom-designed irrigation systems that have been installed on your property cannot be returned for a refund unless they fail to meet the specifications agreed upon in your contract or have significant defects that cannot be repaired.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or repair at no cost to you, including shipping expenses.
If you receive an item different from what you ordered, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for the return and provide the correct item as quickly as possible at no additional cost.
